關(guān)于赴美參加ACCE（Annual Call Center Exhibition）2006大會的通知

　　ACCE（Annual Call Center Exhibition）大會是由美國國際客戶關(guān)系管理學(xué)院(ICMI)主辦的年度全球呼叫中心行業(yè)大會。ACCE 2006將于今年9月11日至13日在美國西雅圖Washington State Convention and Trade Center舉行。大會將舉辦58場次活動，這些活動將按7個不同的主題以6種形式展開。與此同時，此次會議還有70多家廠商參展，為觀眾帶來最新的技術(shù)產(chǎn)品及應(yīng)用展示。

　　 為了促進中國呼叫中心產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，加強國內(nèi)呼叫中心相關(guān)人士與國外同行之間的交流和合作，CTI論壇作為第三方行業(yè)資訊平臺，將與海外相關(guān)機構(gòu)合作，組織中國呼叫中心業(yè)內(nèi)人士赴美參加此次大會。在會議期間，還將組織參觀西雅圖4個著名的呼叫中心企業(yè)，并安排與各國代表進行深入交流。
