                  Vacant positions: Sales Manager  。。Location 
              based: ShenZhen based, travel to HongKong occasionally  。。Products/services: 
              VPN (virtual private network services)  。。Location 
              responsible: GuangDong, HK, Taiwan   
              Position Specifications:  1 ) Major responsibilities:-  
              
                -  manage a sales team with financial & customer goals
 
                -  Profit and loss responsibility of the specified markets.
 
                -  Develop marketing plan for product/service positioning, & 
                  customer groups segmentation.
 
                -  Develop & implement sales plan for targeted customer 
                  groups, & selected major customers,
 
                -  Develop & implement the sales plans for channel resellers 
                  recruitment & market coverage.
 
                -  day-to-day management of the sales operation.
 
               
              2) Qualifications:- 
              
                - Local Chinese between late 20s to mid 30s
 
                -  University graduate
 
                -  Strong capability & experience in sales & marketing 
                  of similar product/services, desired to have successful sales 
                  record.
 
                -  A business manager with acute sensitivity to financial implications 
                  of a commercial operation and with good business sense
 
                -  An articulate and adept negotiator with strong communication 
                  skills in English and Mandarin.
 
               
              3) Required experience:- 
              
                - Experience - relevant & substantial sales & marketing 
                  experience in specified product/services
 
                -  Industry Background - telecom, internetworking, datacom or 
                  relevant 
 
                  information technology, and/or software/hardware distribution. 
                -  Current or former employer -an incumbent telecom operator, 
                  or a major 
 
                  division or subsidiary of a multi-national corporation; or alternatively, 
                   
                  can be or a major, indigenous company with comparable disciplines 
                  and  
                  structure of a western organization. 
                -  Position held -- depending on the company and terminology 
                  used, 
 
                  can be a combination of general manager and manager of sales/marketing 
                   
                  division 
                -  Route-up -- Progressive advancement through sales and marketing.

               1) Major responsibilities:-  
              
                - Manage a product marketing team with specified product development 
                  tasks.
 
                -  Structure new, competitive product/services solution to launch 
                  to market
 
                -  Develop value-added services, new & enhanced features/functions, 
                  & improvement plan of product/services 
 
                -  Develop plans to built-in skill sets & training to technical/sales 
                  departments
 
                -  Investigate market situations & customer needs, & 
                  identify markets & 
 
                  customer groups of the specified product/services. 
                -  Collect information & analyze competitors of product/services 
                  & companies
 
                -  Explore new product/services, new applications, & new 
                  or niche markets
 
                -  Manage & maintain a portfolio of products/services 
 
                -  Day-to-day management of the product marketing operations.
